In connection with the announced in Ukraine by the quarantine and executing the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine resolution NO 211 of 11 March 2020, the organizers of many performances have no right to hold mass events in a certain period.
This situation has the status of force-majeure, defined in clause 2 of art. 141 of the law "on Chambers of Commerce and industry in Ukraine", which entitles organizers to decide unilaterally on refund for tickets and transfers of the date of the event.
