About the show
«I see you're interested in darkness» — The first stage adaptation of the bestseller of the same name by Illarion Pavlyuk, combining a mystical thriller, psychological drama and a story about human responsibility.
A girl disappears in the middle of winter in the distant and forgotten town of Buskiv Sad. The locals hardly react to the tragedy - fear, indifference and hopelessness have long become the norm in this place. The capital's criminal psychologist Andriy Gaister sets out to investigate, although he himself does not understand why this case suddenly becomes personal for him.
The play explores the border between light and darkness, reality and mysticism, trauma and hope. This is a story about a society accustomed to silence, and about a person trying not to lose himself in a world of fear and lies.
The production was created in collaboration with Wild Theater.
